Warranty Administrator

Type: Temporary Full-time (12-18 Months) Contract with strong potential for permanent full-time employment.
Start date: Immediately
Compensation: Base salary starting at $50,000 annually, with additional earning potential through a performance-based bonus structure.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday rotation.

About the Role:
Christie’s RV is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warranty Administrator to join our Parts and Service team. This role is critical to the smooth operation of our service department and ensures warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Training will be provided, and candidates with strong administrative or customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and submit manufacturer and service contract warranty claims accurately and on time.
  • Determine customer concerns by listening to descriptions of RV issues and reviewing service
    history.
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage through dealership and manufacturer records.
  • Explain warranty provisions, limitations, and exclusions to customers clearly and professionally.
  • Submit authorization requests to RV manufacturers or service contract administrators as required.
  • Prioritize repair orders and coordinate scheduling with service technicians.
  • Maintain accurate records of repair orders, warranty claims, and corrective actions taken.
  • Follow up on warranty authorizations and claims to ensure prompt resolution and payment.
  • Manage product recalls and technical service bulletins.
  • Maintain service documentation including warranty labels, PDI checklists, and technician
    paperwork.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations within the Parts and Service Department.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Previous administrative, warranty, or dealership experience is considered an asset.
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and service documentation.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel when required.

RV Sales Professional

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: Base salary starting at $50,000 annually, with additional earning potential through a performance-based commission and bonus structure
Schedule: Full-time hours with flexibility required, including weekends during peak season

Christie’s RV is seeking a motivated and customer-focused RV Sales Professional to join our growing sales team. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by helping clients find the RV that best fits their lifestyle. The ideal candidate is driven, relationship-oriented, and passionate about sales and the RV lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Create engaging and personalized RV lifestyle presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, product launches, and manufacturer programs.
  • Promote Christie’s RV and personal brand through in-store engagement and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and delivery experience.

  • Proven experience in a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Interest in or passion for recreational vehicles and outdoor lifestyle.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales-related technology.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel; valid passport or NEXUS card considered an asset.
