Parts & Customer Service Advisor
Job Type: Permanent Full Time | Start Date: Immediately | Compensation: $50,000+
For over 50 years Christie’s RV has been the leader in the Recreational Vehicle industry in Sault Ste. Marie and Algoma region. Christie’s RV is growing again, and we are currently hiring a Parts & Customer Service Advisor.
The Position
The successful candidate will be self-motivated with the drive to increase sales by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge. The candidate will also be required to work in a fast-paced, team environment. RV industry experience is definitely an asset.
Qualifications
- Relevant work experience (but not necessary).
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Charismatic personality with a professional appearance.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Must be double-vaccinated upon hiring.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, Canadian passport or Nexus card, and ability to travel to the United States;
Responsibilities
- Ordering and stocking of parts.
- Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the department.
- Must be able to keep accurate inventory counts.
- Assist the technicians and service writers in locating the correct parts.
- The ability to keep an accurate and well-stocked inventory.
- Communicate with the Sales Department to accessorize customer RV’s.
- Must be motivated to grow the Christie’s RV brand.
- Help create marketing plans for the upcoming sales year.
- Past RV experience would be considered an asset;
