The Position

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and a positive upbeat attitude. As a successful hire, you will be working closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop and implement new and exciting strategies for our brands. Candidates should be able to assist staff and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, text, mail, and e-mail, managing social media accounts, and generally being a helpful, positive, and welcoming presence in the workplace. This is a 12-18 month contract position with the possibility of full-time permanent.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful as an Administrative Marketing & Sales Specialist, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive. Candidates must also be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, being the face of the company and as well as creating various marketing materials. The ideal candidate would have:

  • Administration, sales and marketing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Working knowledge of various Social Media platforms.
  • An eye with a camera for storytelling.
  • Photoshop experience for creating marketing materials
  • Creative side to help implement overall marketing plan.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate department.
  • Greet and assist visitors upon arrival to the dealership.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, text, e-mail, and mail.
  • Understanding company product and brand.
  • Create marketing materials such as graphics, videos and presentations.
  • Updating social media accounts.
  • Maintaining a customer database.
  • Taking photos of RV units and keeping website updated.
  • Aiding in inventory management.
  • Working closely with sales and marketing department.
  • Helping to identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
  • Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
  • Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
  • General office duties.
  • Organizing market research.
  • Preparing and analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.

Qualifications

  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.
  • CRM experience a definite asset.
  • Great organization skills.
  • Related job or internship experience.
  • Digital marketing experience.
  • Understand sales processes.

The Position
We’re looking for a Full-Time Sales Professional to join our RV sales department. Work hand-in-hand with our marketing department to build your own business and succeed. As a public face of the company, the Sales Professional is responsible for dealing with any and all customer inquiries about the RV’s and services we offer.

  • Competitive salary with excellent income potential. $40,000 to $60,000+.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel; valid passport or Nexus card.

  • Reach out to potential clients through social media to promote our products and services.
  • Generating leads by using the latest technologies and mobile apps.

  • Maintaining detailed client records.
  • Promoting Christie’s RV and themselves through traditional means and on social media.

For over 45 years Christie’s has been the leader in the Recreational Vehicle industry in the Algoma region. Christie’s RV is growing again, and we are currently looking for an RV Service Technician to join our team

This position plays an important role in our family-owned RV dealership. Skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair are considered an asset. Training is provided. We are seeking an individual with strong attention to detail and self-motivation to build a long-term career with our dynamic team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Execute work orders while diagnosing and repairing RV equipment.
  • Keep track of parts and materials used in repair or replacement.
  • Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
  • Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Must have own tools and possess a valid driver’s license.
